Disposing the video player

We are having a problem in our game state management. We added the videoplayer.cs file in our project and gave reference to both the dll's.
In our project we are calling the videoplayer.cs file from a videoscreen. When we are trying to dispose videoplayer object on videcomplete event,
we are getting an exception while aborting the wait thread. Due to this problem our gameplay screen gets affected. How to overcome this...
